grandmas mascot competition

There was a national design mascot competition with super big prize. The competition was organized by a hotel called grandmas hotel. They needed a mascot for their hotel which they built another branch in legian, Bali.

I decided to join that competition.

Here my mascot design. I choosed a white-girl-monkey for the figure, because monkey in Bali is sacred animal that reminds hanoman or anjani. I also added a funny face and put large head craft which the shape was like  leaf. Leaf here meant identity of Grandmas Hotel. With a Bali traditional clothes, voila! My character called Ranma (taken from GrandMas) was finish.

Poor me, I didn’t made it. Maybe my design didn’t fulfill the criteria, or too plain? Well, I took the positive side which is my portofolio increase for sure. J
